We do not label the box with any identifying wording.  We label it as “steel plug/plug” or a “costume accessory.”  Your privacy is EXTRMELY important to us and we take it very seriously. 

The label will also say “BW LLC”, not “Bedroom Wishes” so no one will know what's inside.

Every fur, leather, or wooden item is individually handcrafted to order (stainless steel items are ready-to-ship, however). Handcrafted items require some time to create, as such, our shipping policy is as follows:

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OF THEIR COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES THAT MUST BE PAID TO COLLECT YOUR PACKAGE.   This cost is not handled by us or reflected in the price.  


Orders placed on the weekends or on holidays (or outside of business hours 9am-5pm PST) will generally ship out the following business day. So if you order on a Friday night, your item won't ship out until Monday. If you order Monday-Thursday, it will ship the next day (or sometimes the same day; depending).


Custom orders often take 3-5 business days to create before shipping, but this can vary depending on what is requested.

Our DEFAULT shipping method is USPS First Class, this is the most affordable option, but it is also the slowest. If you do not choose a faster service when checking out, your order will ship First Class, and this can take up to 14 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to arrive for domestic orders. International shipments can sometimes take up to 30 days to arrive. 

We also offer USPS Priority Mail as well, they guarantee a 1-3 day arrival.


All shipments will have a tracking number, which you will automatically receive in an email when your product ships.


If you have a different shipping method that you would prefer to use that we don't offer on the website, please drop us an email and let us know. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.


We strongly encourage that you purchase
package insurance if you are choosing First Class. If you do not purchase insurance on a First Class package, we are NOT responsible if your item is damaged in transit, lost by the postal service, or stolen. However, Priority Mail packages are always insured by default.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the intimate nature of these items, we do not accept returns.
We do, however, offer product replacements and/or store credit if the circumstances are right.  We will not issue any refunds because the item is not what you thought it was or because you were not satisfied with the item. We will try our best to meet the requirements of every customer’s needs to our best ability.  Please contact us with any questions and include photos if necessary. 

If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please alert us as soon as possible at BedroomWishes@gmail.com within 10 business days of receiving the product along with photos so that we can work out a mutually beneficial solution. The most common fix is to send you a replacement item and you keep the old one as well, since we do not accept returns. If it is something that requires a repair, we will make every attempt to either instruct you on how to do so yourself, or we will work out a compromise that meets both our satisfaction.

Every case is unique and will be carried out at the sole discretion of the shop's owner. We reserve the right to refuse a request for a return. We will honor this policy for up to 10 business days after your purchase. After 10 business days , the initial product warranty no longer applies and no replacements, refunds, or repairs will be honored unless you have purchased the additional insurance when you purchased the item in question.

After one year, no more warranties of any kind are valid, or implied.

We can not cancel orders for handmade items after they have been made, no exceptionsHowever, if you need to make an adjustment to your order, this is not a problem. Let us know as soon as possible, and if it hasn't already shipped or been made completely, we will be happy to make changes.

If, for some reason, your package is returned to us, you will have to pay the shipping fee again for the item to be re-shipped to you. 
If your item is returned to us and you do not wish to have it re-shipped, we will offer a refund of the item price only, and only on items that are "ready to ship". Handmade items do not get refunded!
You will NOT be refunded the shipping costs.

These terms are non-negotiable. 

Regarding sale and clearance items: these products are sold strictly AS-IS, there are absolutely no returns, refunds, or replacements on these items.
