Bedroom Wishes will issue a full or partial refund for the following situations only:
- Item out of stock
- Incorrect listing
- Item arrives defective
In the case of an out of stock item being purchased in part of a larger order, the full amount of the purchased out of stock item + tax will be refunded only.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately within 10 days of receiving the item with photos and we will make it right. We are unable to refund based on normal wear and tear or if the item has been used.
We will not refund shipping costs based on delivery times because it is beyond our control. Please keep in mind that Covid 19 might cause shipping delays through USPS, FedEx and UPS. We ship out most orders within 24 hours and provide tracking information.
